OMEGA 3

早前因為感到記性越來越差, 到Fancl買了據說能增強記憶力的DHA, 但一如以往的情況, 服用了一段時間又停了.

直至早幾天看過明珠台一個關於Omega3的節目...

Omega3的神奇作用包括(大概), 對小孩可增強學習的理解力和專注力, 成人亦可增強記憶力和專注力, 可防心臟病(維持血液流通), 可穩定情緒(故用作抗抑鬱)...

節目中提及人需要的是Omega3中的DHA和EPA, 而又以高脂肪魚類含量最多, 如吞拿魚, 三文魚, 沙甸魚, 鯖魚 (為什麼全是外國魚? 跟外國的研究有關?)

我非常需要記憶力和專注力!!!! 去了萬寧, 買了不含膽固醇的丸裝Omega3...... 讓自己做人體實驗!!

當然魚不能不吃, 想起小時候, "女麻""女麻"常要我們吃魚, 小朋友大多不愛吃魚, 她就煎魚柳, 香口一點便個個愛吃, "女麻""女麻"真的好好啊......
